The 2015 Heart of America Chapter Golf Tournament is scheduled for Friday, September 19th beginning at 9:00am at the MacDonald Golf Course in Wichita, KS. The cost including 18 holes of golf, cart and meal ticket is $65. Use this link to sign up for the event. Please note that if you have multiple members attending from your company each one of them will need to fill out the form. If you prefer, fill out the paper form and email the completed form to Lynn Stucky.

Hole sponsorships are also available and include a sign at the tee box of the sponsored hole, 18 holes of golf for one, cart, and one lunch ticket for $200. Vendors interested in hole sponsorship and/or donating promotional gifts or cash for prizes, contact Lynn Stucky at by September 4th.

There is also a silent auction form as well for those of you who would like to donate product. Please have a company representative fill this out and also send it to Lynn. (Note: there is currently no online form for this document so this is the only way to send this information).
