The 2019 Heart of America Chapter Golf Tournament is scheduled for Thursday, September 19th beginning at 9:00am at the Emporia Golf Course in Emporia, KS. The cost including 18 holes of golf, cart and meal ticket is $65. Use this link to download the form and sign up for the event. Please note that if you have multiple members attending from your company each one should be listed on the form. Paper forms are also available by emailing Gene Twomey.

Hole sponsorships are also available and include a sign at the tee box of the sponsored hole, 18 holes of golf for one, cart, and one lunch ticket for $200. Vendors interested in hole sponsorship and/or donating promotional gifts or cash for prizes, contact Greg Rawlings by September 15th.

There is also a silent auction form as well for those of you who would like to donate product. Please have a company representative send this form to Greg Rawlings. The silent auction benefits the Heart of America AWI Scholarship Fund.
